We are looking for an innovative leader who is dedicated and passionate about helping children with SEND to achieve their personal best. This is an opportunity to join us at an exciting time in our school journey as we start our second academic year and are about to launch an innovative and unique outreach support programme.
The post holder’s key accountabilities will be for the oversight of the learning journey for our pupils with EHCPs and of the development and maintenance of our Outreach & Inclusion programme. The role will also ensure that all learning outcomes are successfully achieved, whilst maintaining a safe and happy environment for our young people and staff. SEND experience is essential, along with strong experience in Key Stages 2, 3 and 4. A track record of recent success in leading and managing in the context of SEND is essential, as is a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of SEND and Inclusion legislation and issues. We are looking for an individual who has successful experience of working closely with stakeholders including children, young people, families, schools, health and social services.

Salary: £40,000-£48,000 (depending on experience)
